Features:
1)For tungsten molybdenum containing cobalt high speed steel, improve the red hardness and high temperature hardness;
2)Improved wear resistance, good machinability, but lower strength and impact toughness, easy oxidation decarburization;
3)Commonly used for gear cutting tools, milling tools and tools such as punch, cutter for cutting hard material;

Heat treatment:

Preheat	1190~1210ºC or 200~1220ºC	Delivery hardness	≤285HB	quenching	730~840ºC
Oil cooling	540~560ºC	Annealed	≤269HB	Ready Stock	6-50mm
Tempering	Twice, 2 hours each time.
Delivery status	Hot rolled, forged, annealed,
Surface conditions	Rough turning, peeling, polishing,machined, grinded,black surface
