Basic introduction

  kraft paper embossed aluminium sheet is embossed by pasting a layer of kraft paper on aluminium sheet. The specific production process is to apply kraft paper at high temperature and pressure on the surface of aluminium sheet. kraft paper and aluminium sheet are pressed together by machine roll to produce patterns, while kraft paper has its own stickiness. After hot embossing process, kraft paper is rolled by embossing machine with high strength. The aluminium sheet covered with kraft paper is equivalent to adding a strict protective film to protect against moisture and acid and alkali corrosion.

Kraft paper embossed aluminium leather has been used for more than 20 years. It can not crack in water for 24 hours.
